Hi. I\'ve recorded a suitcase at Münster station (Germany). Just before I leave (I had to take a coach near station around midnight), I could not get it back because the computer system failed. The box was closed. It happened one week ago. I send a recommanded letter but no answer for the moment. If somebody has a piece of advice, please let me know... Thanks.
