Hi.

Do anybody know where you can find reliable daytrips in Marrakesh, which goes to eg. the atlas mountains, the waterfall etc.
And what are the prices :) ?

Hi.
If you find some information, please post it here - as I am as well interested in it. Thanks. :)
The only sad thing: until 2005 InterRail was still valid in Morocco. :o

this is quite late-was in MK in spring 2009.
Your Q is not very clear-oganised daytrips by bus or so are at any of the 100s of local tavel agents-they will find you before you find them. ANY hotel or palce to stay has leaflets and will also book.
The mountains are not that near and require a 2-day trip, touted as ''desert stay''.
Train prices in MA are quite cheap. However, for even a very basic couchette you need 1st class. Buses go everywhere and tend to come in 2 sorts: local, handmedown ratteltrap ex NL/BE/FR that stop anywhere and are just pay conductor, or the luxury-pre reserved and always full very clean and neat coaches by CTM (govmt) or ?? (forgot-run by the railways and adding to railnetwork). Except for these (and IF they work) there are NO www or informative sites-to probably the shock surprise of youngsters who tend to believe it cannot exist then. Brush up your francais and ask-for the routs that tourists tend to use, any hoel you stay will also know-more orless.
can recommend a stay in Chefchouen (locals say just Chouen)-no train, but about 1 hr by bus south of Tetouan (which is an awful rip-off city).
