Interrail: Great Scandinavia Tour including Lofoten and Lapland

First stop on this Great Scandinavia tour is København (Copenhagen). This is a beautiful city to stay for a couple of days!

First take the Öresundståg over the Öresundbridge towards Malmö. Change here.

Take one of the Intercitys, High speed trains or night trains towards Stockholm. Stay for some nights in Stockholm, which is worth your stay!

Take the Day/Night train towards Narvik. You can take a extra night in Abisko, in the middle of nowhere of Lapland.

Travel with the SJ Day / Night train towards Narvik. Take here one of the many hotels or travel further towards the Lofoten. Or skip the Lofoten by taking the bus service towards Bodo.

One of the most beautiful cities on the Lofoten, here you've got plenty of choice of hotels.

Travel with bus further on the Lofoten towards Moskenes. If wanted, take an other night in one of small towns on the way towards Moskenes.

Take the Ferry towards Bodo. There are not many services so watch out! Other options are the Ferry from Svolvaer or taking the Bus service Narvik - Bodo. Stay in this capital of the North another night before taking the train southwards.

After taking the Daytrain towards Trondheim (Advised to take the Daytrain Bodo-Trondheim instead of the night train, because of the scenic sights!) you'll need to take another night in Trondheim.

Take the Night or day train from Trondheim towards Oslo. Staying in the Capital of Norway, Oslo is worth your time! From here you've got the possibility to take Highspeed train towards Göteborg and change for Copenhagen, your startingpoint. Fly from Oslo Gardermoen (OSL) airport home. Or continue south, towards Denmark.

Take the boat from Oslo towards Frederikshavn. Walk trough the small town towards the train station.
