I bought a Strasbourg ticket to Paris I made an incorrect email. I can not get a print. Please guide.

Where did you buy your ticket? You have to contact the train company and ask them for help.

Hi Mohammadanjomshoaa,

if you payed by credit card or bank transfer, have a look at your bank account or credit card statements. In case of a successful withdrawal by the train company, there will be an item containing your booking number. Contact the train company with this booking number and explain the problem to them. If there was no withdrawal - well, no problem for you, just get another ticket :)
