Hi,
I am planning to go interrailing with my daughter(9 years) in July 2019. We fly from Oslo to Barcelona on the 7th of July and plan to start our big adventure there.
I have just startet to plan the trip, and I (think)I have decided on wich cities to visit during our 1 month travelling.
I have never traveled my train in Europe before(hardly done so in Norway either to be honest), so when it comes to book seatreservation, knowing the different traincompanys etc I am totally LOST. I have understood that most traintickets/times is avalable about 3 months before my trip. So I Guess I will have to wait a few months to make my reservations.
Since I am traveling With a child, and this is our first interrail, I have decided to book as much as I can before we go(both the Trains who are most "busy", and Places to stay).
But it is a bit risky to book hotels etc when I dont know much about the Trains.. So I was wondering if anyone on this forum could help me to look at my plan, and se if it looks doable? And hopfully help With With some info on the different Trains to Catch etc:)

JULY
7th :Oslo- Barcelona (plane)
Stay in Barcelona: 7th-10th
10th: Barcelona-Palafrugell (train + bus?)
Stay in Palafrugell: 10th-14th
14th: Palafrugell-Montpellier
Stay in Montpellier 14th-17th:
17th: Via Marseille, Change for a “fast-train”(?) to Paris.
Stay in the city center of Paris: 17th-20th
20th: Train to Disney, and sleep there20th-22th.
22th: Disney – Efterling Park in Netherland(Info from Efterling: From Paris Gare du Nord you can travel by train (Thalys) to Rotterdam Central Station. This journey takes about 2.5 hours. From Rotterdam Central Station you can take a train to Tilburg Central Station and there you can take a (direct) bus to Efteling Theme Park. The journey from Rotterdam Central Station to Efteling Theme Park takes 1.5 hours)
Stay in Efterling:22th-24th
24th: Efterling - Amsterdam
24th-27th:Stay in Amsterdam:
27th Amsterdam-Hamburg:
Stay in hamburg:27th-29th
29th: Hamburg-Skagen
Stay in Skagen: 29th-31th
31th: FERRY: Fredrikshavn -Gothenburg:
Stay in Gothenburg:31th -2th
2th: Gothenburg-Oslo(Home)
Is this doable? And does anyone have any tips or siggestions on wich rails who would be the best?

that sounds completely reasonable!
A few quick notes:
From Barcelona to Palafrugell, you can either take a direct bus (from Barcelona Nord station) or you can take a local train to Girona and take the bus from there.
Palafrugell-Montpellier: Take the bus to Girona, then take a train via Cerbère (no reservations required):

From Montpellier, there are direct TGV (high speed) trains to Paris. A reservation (cost: 10 Euros) is required if you travel with Interrail, You can buy the reservation at any station is France, or at https://en.oui.sncf/en/ You can also travel via Marseille if you wish, of course.
Paris Nord - Rotterdam: Thalys requires a reservation if you travel with Interrail (cost: 25 Euros). Available here: https://www.thalys.com/de/en/offers-and-fares/interrail or at the Thalys ticket office. Please not ther Inerrail is not valid on the Paris Metro and RER (suburban) trains. Otherwise, no reservations required.
Amsterdam-Hamburg takes about five and a half hours. Change in Osnabrück. No reversation required.
Hamburg - Skagen takes about 8.5 hours. No reservation required. Change at Fredericia, Aalborg and Frederikshavn. You can split up this journey into two days, if you think it\'s too long. Legoland Billund is not too far from Fredericia, for example.

P.S. On some short sections, like Efterling - Amsterdam and Barcelona - Palafrugell, it might not be worth it to use the pass. You could buy regular tickets and save a travel day. That way, you can use a cheaper 7-day or 10-day travel pass. The direct IC trains Gothenburg-Oslo do not require a reservation.

First of all, it sounds like a wonderful trip! Cool!
As mentioned, check your ticket price and compare it with your daily Interrail price (price/days).
Some tips for your trip:
As you may mentioned; we do have a new direct connection from Disney to the Netherlands, starting from 31 maart. Early fares start off €35, as mentioned, a seat reservation is €25.
Disney - Rotterdam: 11:59-15:02 and 19:58-23:02.
NS train, Rotterdam - Tilburg; €13.70 (Interrail?) + €1 paper-ticket costs.
Bus 300 from \'s Hertogenbosch to Tilburg via Kaatsheuvel (Efteling). Buy your ticket in the bus.
NS train, \'s Hertogenbosch - Amsterdam; €16.20 + €1.
Tickets: We use the OV-Chipcard in the Netherlands. (Compare it with Ruter\'s travelcard or Stockholm\'s access.) For your stay you could do without buying one. It does costs a little bit more for paper tickets etc, but that is ok.
