I bought train tickets from Berlin to Warsaw but now when I see the ticket I find out that from Berlin to Frankfurt Oder I go by bus.
Does anyone know where to go to the bus and how to go to platform 11?

Ich habe Bahntickets von Berlin nach Warschau gekauft, aber jetzt, wenn ich das Ticket sehe, finde ich heraus, dass ich von Berlin nach Frankfurt Oder mit dem Bus fahre.
Weiß jemand, wo er zum Bus gehen und wie er zur Plattform 11 gehen soll?

Hi, Pete.
I travel from Berlin to Warsaw on April 28.
The ticket that I bought says that I leave from HBF Berlin at 8.30 on bus Bus50043 and arrive in Frankfurt Oder at 10.35 am.
My train departs from Frankfurt Oder 10.45 from platform 11, at EC 43, Wg. 267 and arrives in Warsaw at 4:00 p.m.
My question is if it gives me the time to get from where to the bus to platform 11 on time.
I could not find data in the link you sent me.
With the information I send you, could you help me?

Hi,
bus 50043 is a replacement service for EC 43 which means that it runs specifically for passengers of EC 43 travelling to Poland; there will be staff showing you the right way from the bus to the train at Frankfurt/Oder and they will make sure that everyone will get from the bus to the train. :)
