I am travelling from Amsterdam to Aachen which requires transfers in Arnhem and Duisburg. the transfer time are 15 minutes in Arnhem and 7 minutes in Duisburg.
Is this enough time to make connections with baggage?

Hi Howard, welcome to railcc!
Are you travelling with a rail pass (Interrail or Eurail) or with a single ticket?
I assume you are taking a connection leaving Amsterdam Centraal at xx:25?
According to our schedule planner [ux]http://plan.rail.cc/Amsterdam-Centraal/Aachen-Hbf[/ux] you have to change in Arnhem from track 8 to track 6 which is one platform away. Use the underpass, this will take just a few minutes.
In Duisburg you have to go from track 2 to 4 which again are jsut one platform apart - use the underpass again.
Under normal circumstances it is no problem to change trains within the given time, even with luggage.
