Hello,
We are 3 Girls (20) and would like to travel with Interrail this summer. We have many questions, quite detailed questions, and would need someone to talk to, who really knows what's he/she's talking about. Would you know someone in Munich?
Maybe you can answer some of those questions:
-Can we buy the Ticket at the train station or do we need to go to a special travel agency?
-How much or Who can tell us how much is the supplement cost for a night train from Munich to Paris?
-Is the supplement for a TGV or ICE always only 3 euros?
-Are some train off-limits?
-If we take the night train, does it counts as 2 Days traveling, or 1 Day traveling is 24h from the time where you take your train?
Thank you for your time :)

Hi Marg

I travelled in Germany last week; including Munich:
https://rail.cc/en/munich/c

You can buy the rail ticket online: [ux]https://rail.shop/interrail[/ux]

The supplement for a night train will be around 3 to 5 Euros and a couchette will cost around 20 euros.
Details: https://rail.cc/en/interrail-night-train

If the night train departs after 7.30 you write the date of the next day on the ticket and this means that you can also travel the entire next day for only one day on your pass.

TGV supplements seem to be related to the distance you wish to travel. Always ask for the price at the station before agreeing to buy. Sometimes a slower train is not a problem:

I believe no trains are off-limits but are only more or less expensive.

I hope this is some help to you.

I'm on the Cote D'Azure at the end of another great Interrail holiday.

Have an excellent trip.
And Vivre L'Interrail!
