Sí, puedes viajar desde Milán a Estambul. :)
Una posible ruta sería: Milán - Venecia ([ux]https://rail.cc/blog/italy-slovenia-train/[/ux]) - Liubliana - Zagreb - Belgrado - Sofía ([ux]https://rail.cc/blog/bucharest-sofia-istanbul-train/[/ux]) - Estambul.
Si viajas por esta ruta también pasarás por Zagreb.

Otra opción sería ir de Milán a Ancona o Bari, tomar el ferry a Patras en Grecia, luego ir en tren a Atenas - Salónica y luego en autobús a Estambul.

Yes, you can of course travel from Milan to Istanbul. :)
A possible route would be: Milan - Venice ([ux]https://rail.cc/blog/italy-slovenia-train/[/ux]) - Ljubljana - Zagreb - Belgrade - Sofia ([ux]https://rail.cc/blog/bucharest-sofia-istanbul-train/[/ux]) - Istanbul.
If you travel this route you would also pass by Zagreb.

Another option would be to go from Milan to Ancona or Bari, take the ferry to Patras in Greece, then go by train to Athens - Thessaloniki and then by bus to Istanbul.
