Hi Kat.
You can calculate a short overview with the tool I built here: https://rail.cc/en/overall-costs.
Just go on preparation and then overall costs.
Have a nice tour,
Peter

running out of money
does anyone have experiences with that? probably^^
how do you solve that problem.. ?
or if you have to decide, whether to buy food, or go to a good museum... does it work if you just ask for some leftovers in a bakers shop or something like that? or offer some work in the stockroom or unload the deliverytruck?

thanks in advance!

i ran out of money and came home 4 days early, hah. the trick is to budget from the start, and asking for leftovers wont work. take the food over the museum, because there are always loads of things you can do that dont cost any money whatsoever.

yes, you can easily do it on that. but budget yourself daily, and being the cheap twat is the only way.

oh yeah i meant being a cheap twat in the sense of being just plain boring, u know not doing certain things if i think i cant afford it ... but yeah hopefully, like u said, that should be enough :)

Hi Cat.
A calculation is always an individual thing. Very individual. Some prefer party, some not. Some have their own camping stove, some not, etc...
Use the link given in the first post.
Concerning your route: we can help you with the train connections... but use Google Maps to get a rough idea of where you want to start and end...
Peter :)
