I just tried booking our tickets from Rome to Florence, now that it\'s inside the 120-day window. I got through the whole process until the end, when the sult was as shown in the screenshot here:

My question is - could the error have been caused by my entry of the eurail pass details? I copied the number from my pass as printed on the control voucher where it says "Eurail Pass Saver No. EU0XXXXX6-1 ". Did I do it wrong?

A related question. Can I book the same trip here, inmcluding seat slection, and give rail.cc affiilate benefits from the purchase?

I tried using the ACPRail link here, but wasn\'t sure about whether to order a reservation or a ticket, so I\'ve just tried again on the trenitalia.com/en site and this time, it seemed to allow the booking. That said, after pressing "confirm", it\'s still "waiting for a response from pay.site.europsl.eu..." after several minutes, so maybe it hasn\'t gone through after all

The transaction was completed successfully in the end, but I\'d still like to buy at least one more ticket through rail.cc\'s links to say thanks for the support.

What pass number did you fill in at the end?

Normally it should be a just eight numerics and "00000000" would also suffice. :)

"What pass number did you fill in at the end?"

I ended up using my actual pass number - the one that starts "EU0" and ends in "-1"
