The station of Arcachon is the terminus of the railway line Bordeaux-Arcachon. It is located in the centre of Arcachon. The bus stop to the Dune du Pyla is located directly outside of the station on the bocce court. To ferry to Le Cap-Ferret is a foot walk of 800m. The TER trains from / to Bordeaux running every hour. Depending on the day there is also a direct TGV connection from / to Paris. In the station of Arcachon, there are two ticket counters, a waiting hall, beverage and snack machines and restrooms.
