One by ICE train from the Netherlands to Frankfurt am Main (Germany) and on to Nuremberg. There you continue by Deutsche Bahn InterCity Bus to the Czech Republic.
Or by direct IC train from the Netherlands to Berlin (Germany). And from Berlin to the Czech Republic.

To travel from Germany to the Czech Republic, buy your tickets directly from Deutsche Bahn (German Railways) on the following booking link. There you find all prices and schedules. Tickets are also available from CD (Czech Railways).
