1a Travelling from Stuttgart (Germany) to Budapest (Hungary)

To travel from Stuttgart to Budapest, you have one direct day train. It is a Railjet train with departure in Stuttgart at 07:00 and arrival in Budapest at 16:00h. The journey time is 9 hours. Tickets are available from 39 Euro.
Optional you can also travel overnight.
First from Stuttgart to Munich. In Munich you change to the night train EN463 to Budapest. Or you travel from Stuttgart to Zurich. And from Zurich by night train EN40467 to Budapest. Both night trains offer seats, couchettes and sleepers.
Tickets for all connections are available via our booking links. If you want to travel with a night train, you might buy two tickets. First from Stuttgart to Munich or Zurich. And from there the night train to Budapest.

1d Travelling from Podgorica (Montenegro) to Tirana (Albania)

There are no passenger trains between Montenegro and Albania. To cross the border, travel by bus or minibus. There are frequent conections betwen Ulcinj and Shkoder as well as services from Podgorica to Shkoder and also long distance buses operating from Kotor and Podgorica to Shkoder and Tirana.
