To travel by train from Lisbon in Portugal to Strasbourg in France you will have to use a night train. Two tickets are required: one for the night train from Lisbon to Hendaye (France). And one for your travels from Hendaye to your destination in France. If you first have to go to Lisbon from another destination in Portugal, buy the ticket via CP.

1a Travelling from Lisbon (Portugal) to Hendaye (France)

To travel from Portugal to France by train, there are two main routes. It depends from where your destination is in France.

The first route is by direct night train from Lisbon to the Spanish-French border at Hendaye/Irun. There you change to a TGV train in direction of Bordeaux and Paris.
Buy your tickets in two steps: first from Lisbon to Hendaye or Irun via ACPRail (see booking links). Then a second ticket from Hendaye to your destination in France via Trainline or SNCF (see booking links).

The second route is from Lisbon by direct night train to Madrid. There you continue by high-speed-trains via Barcelona in direction of France (Marseille, ...).
Buy your tickets in two steps: first from Lisbon to Madrid for the night train via ACPRail (see booking links). Then a second ticket from Madrid via Barcelona to your destination in France via Trainline or SNCF (see booking links).

2a Travelling from Lisbon (Portugal) to Madrid (Spain)

To travel by train from Lisbon to Madrid, make use of the direct "Lusitania" night train. It is the most comfortable way to travel. Tickets are available online from EUR 25. The journey time is about 10 hours. Tickets are available at the given booking links.

2b Travelling from Madrid (Spain) to Barcelona (Spain)

To travel from Madrid to Barcelona by train, you will use an AVE high-speed-train of RENFE. The journey time is only 2:30 hours for the distance of 620 kilometres. Second class tickets are available from 40 Euro and first class tickets from 55 Euro. There are frequent connections available, at least every hour. The departure station in Madrid is called "Madrid Atocha". The arrival station in Barcelona is called "Barcelona Sants".

To travel by train from Spain to France, use one of the direct high-speed-trains from Barcelona to Paris and southern France. First you travel in Spain to Barcelona. There you change to the trains to France. Another option is to cross the border at Irun/Hendaye and to continue from there to your destination in France.
