Travel from the Netherlands to Czech on one of two main railway lines.

1. From your departure station in the Netherlands by direct train to Berlin (Germany). And from Berlin you continue by another direct train to Czech.

2. From your departure station in the Netherlands by ICE train to Frankfurt am Main (Germany). There you change to another ICE train to Nuremberg. From Nuremberg you continue by Intercity bus to Prague.

There are saver fare tickets ("Sparpreis Europa") available from German railways "Deutsche Bahn" starting from 39 EUR. You can book the whole trip in one ticket.

2a Travelling from Groningen (Netherlands) to Berlin (Germany)

Depending on where you start in the Netherlands (and where you want to travel to in Germany), you can either use the route from Amsterdam via Utrecht to Cologne and Frankfurt by direct ICE train. Or from Amsterdam by direct IC train right to the East, to Berlin.

2b Travelling from Berlin (Germany) to Prague (Czech Republic)

Travel from Berlin to Prague by direct train. The ticket price starts at 18,90 EUR. The journey time is 4:15 hours. There are at least six direct Eurocity train connections per day.

The first train connection in the morning is: Berlin Hbf 07:15 / Praha hl.n. 11:30.
The last train connection in the evening is: Berlin Hbf 17:15 / Praha hl.n. 21:30.
