1a Travelling from Düsseldorf (Germany) to Paris (France)

To travel from Germany to France by train, use a route either via Cologne to Lille/Paris by Thalys train. Or from Frankfurt or Stuttgart via Saarbrücken/Strasbourg to Paris by TGV/ICE. There is also a direct train from Frankfurt in direction of Marseille. Please use the given booking links to find schedules and ticket prices. If you want to use a night train, have a look at the Russian night train Moscow to Paris (enter in Berlin). A very nice experience and high quality, but does not run daily!

1b Travelling from Paris (France) to London (United Kingdom)

The fastest way to travel from Paris to London is by Eurostar high-speed-train. The journey time is only 2,5 hours from city center to city center. Ticket fares start from 57 EUR. There are 15 or more Eurostar connections every day.

If you want to travel cheaper, you could use a bus. The journey time is much longer with nine hours. But the tickets are much cheaper and start from 14 EUR. Companies like Flixbus offer several connections per day, also over-night. The bus tickets are available via our booking links.

2a Travelling from Düsseldorf (Germany) to Brussels (Belgium)

To travel by train from Germany to Belgium, use the high-speed trains ICE or Thalys. They connect the cities of Frankfurt and Cologne with Liège and Brussels. These cities are well connected with other regions of their country.
