Please contact DB directly. Since you bought a ticket Poznan - Berlin I assume that the ticket has been delivered by post? In case a paper ticket bought from DB does not arrive in time, contact fahrkartenservice _at_ bahn.de and explain your problem. The standard procedure for you is then to buy a new ticket (if neccessary also locally in Poland) which you then send to
