Hi and welcome to railcc!

There is no train from Skopje [u]https://rail.cc/en/skopje/c[/u] to Ohrid [u]https://rail.cc/en/ohrid/c[/u], unfortunately. There nearest train stations are Kicevo [u]https://rail.cc/en/kicevo/c[/u] and Bitola [u]https://rail.cc/en/bitola/c[/u] , from each city (and from Skopje) you can get buses to Ohrid.
