The overnight train from Stockholm to Berlin of the railway company Snälltåget is the most comfortable and cheapest way to travel from Sweden via Denmark to Germany overnight. The travel route goes via Malmö, Copenhagen (Høje-Taastrup) and Hamburg. The travel time from Stockholm to Berlin is 16:30 hours. You can buy tickets from 499 SEK (49 EUR).

The train offers the following classes of service:
- Seat: in the open-space wagon. Ticket price from 499 SEK (49 EUR).
- Reclining seat: a wider seat. There are fewer travelers in this car, for more comfort. A pillow, pillowcase, blanket and sheet are included in the price. 250 SEK (25 EUR) is added to the ticket price.
- Private compartment: you can book the compartment for yourself or up to six people in total. It has six seats in day position and six beds in night position, three beds on each side. You can reach the upper beds by a ladder. Pillows, pillowcases, sheets, blankets and duvets to cover the bed are included in the price. The extra charge depends on the number of travelers. You will find this information during your ticket purchase.

Toilets: there are two toilets at the end of each carriage.
WiFi: there is free WiFi in all carriages (except restaurant), but it is slow. You can't really download movies with it.
There are power sockets in all carriages. In private compartments there are only USB ports.
Bicycle: you cannot transport a bicycle on this train. A folding bike is allowed.
Animals: you cannot take animals on this train.
