I have been searching the web and I cannot find an exact answer to this question. Do my Inbound and Outbound days count as travel days on my pass? (example. If i have a 5 travel days within 15 days pass, do my inbound and outbound trips in and out of my country count as travel days? Meaning I then have 3 other days to travel)

Hi and welcome to railcc!
Yes, inbound and outbound journey count as travel days. However, you do not need an _extra_ travel day (eg if you start from your country of residence at 08:00 and arrive at your first destination in another country at 20:00 on the same day you only need one travel day).
