Hey,
Has anyone found any special equipment or gadgets that have helped them when they have been interrailing, apart from the obvious things like money belts?
Thanks

For me, the best 'special equipment' was the most comfortable pair of hiking/walking shoes that I could get!

Eye mask (you get them for free on the Caledonian Sleeper), sportdisc aka frisbee, Thomas Cook European Rail Timetables, wool socks (for cold nights in parks etc).
