Hello, I read your blog about traveling by train from Switzerland to Milan. You posted that same route works going opposite way.
1. Is there a train route leaving from Trento to the scenic route of the Swiss Alps?
2. Could you suggest an itinerary or company that would do a tour from Trento to the Swiss Alps?

Thank you!

@1. of course-just use the journey planner (can even do on your smartfone as an app!) from T to Milano and see what it spws out. GThat does not seem rocket science to me.
@2.the travelway -just look on that travelplanner. Trains are run by the national state train companies, that are not shops as such, but more like state institutions. For an all-in tour: find a local travel agent. Most such tours are by bus in a small group-people in such groups often tend to spend much more time in communicating with the group as with being tourist. This site is aimed for independent train travel. IF you have never ever done that, also not locally, then better first get some experience.

Hi!

To get quickly from Trento towards the Swiss Alps (by train) you have to go via Verona to Milan. From Milan you can travel the Bernina route (as explained in the blog) in the opposite direction or take the faster routes via Gotthard or Simplon to Bern, Basel, Zurich, Geneve,...

How much time to you have to travel from Trento to Switzerland?
When do you want to travel with what kind of ticket (Rail pass or regular tickets)?
