Hi.
What route do you want to travel with a dog.
It depends on the country and train type you travel with. Some allow dogs, some not. In some dogs are free, in others an extra dog-ticket is required for the train.

Hi.
To travel from Mlaga to Bordeaux you have two travel routes:

A) Malaga - Madrid - Barcelona - Narbonne - Bordeaux

B) Malaga - Madrid - Irun/Hendaye - Bordeaux

I recommend route (B) but availibility might be limited due to Covid19.

Dog: it is possible to travel with your dog from Malaga to Bordeaux. Please read the details via the links bellow.

Spain (RENFE): https://www.renfe.com/es/en/viajar/informacion-util/mascotas
Ticket price is 25% of normal train ticket fare.

France (SNCF): https://www.sncf.com/en/passenger-offer/travel-for-everyone/pets
Ticket price depends on size/weight.
