We need to change trains in Duisburg, with only 7 minutes between arrival and departure. Both trains are Deutsche Bahn. Can we make the transfer, or will we miss the departing train?

Hi.
If the schedule planer or ticket booking tool shows the connection, you can usually do it. If you have one ticket for the whole connection and you miss the second train due to a delay of the previous one, you are allowed to take the next one to your destination.
What is the exact connection you are talking about?
