Why can\'t I manage to book a Swedish day train from Stockholm to Lulea on June 20, 2019 when it is just 6 days over two months in advance?

They always do these track works in the summer months, as not possible in the winter. Therefore it sometimes affect months like May to August.
Currently the message is, that they might sell tickets for the train from Stockholm to Lulea on June 20, 2019. But will wait with the opening of the ticket booking some more days/weeks, until they are absolutely sure the train runs.
