hi once in italy i plan to go to the south of france coming up from calabria to roma...but how have you found this sleeping train is it safe, efficent...any info would be greatly welcomed!!!!

I often use a bike locker to fix my backpack on a seat... very useful as I have a deep sleep ... :)
but never had bad experiences in night-trains (only my personal experience)... it is always good to get together with other backpackers! :)
