Yes, no problem to store luggage in Nürnberg Hbf. [ux]https://rail.cc/en/nuremberg/nuremberg-central-railway-station/l147[/ux]
There are lockers available.
You can also use [ux]https://rail.shop/nannybag/[/ux] if all lockers would be full (which I doubt).
