Hello,

we are going to travel to england in august.

We want to travel around by interrail, and we are wondering what to do with our luggage, while travelling through the country. Are there any lockers on stations, where we could place our stuff?

Or were they all removed after 9/11?

Thanks and bye
Tobi

but at the bigger stations, they always have a 'left-luggage'-thing. it always cost about 4-12 pounds, but they'll have a look at your stuff. in many cities, those left luggages aren't directly at the trainstation, often there are shops that provides this service.
For example in Cambridge, there is a bike rental where you can left your luggage, in edinburgh f.e. there are lockers at the busstation and left luggage at the trainstation, in london there is a left luggage store in each bigger trainstation.

you see, there are many possibilities to store your luggage. It is also a possiblity to leave your stuff at the youth-hostel or B&B, even when you have checked out, normally they give you the possibility to leave it there until you go on to another city ...
