Yes, all of the bigger stations offer lockers.
Delft station as well;
Small: L90xW40xH45 for €3.85
Large: L90xW40xH60 for €5.70

Delft got a brand new station above the realigned line in a tunnel-only half of it is ready now, the other tunnel is still to be finished. The new station is just outside the old building-a listed classic. The new one also has the offices for the city-govmt. The lockers are a bit hidden on the far north side beyond the shops and not visible right away. But you have a mouth and can ask, nah? Pay ONLY with bankcard, no cash.
