Peter, have you had any experience with claiming on the Ticket Protection plan, and have you got any idea how it may take for a straight forward claim to go through?

I had my ticket stolen and have followed the instructions word for word from the site and (in the absence of a phone number) wondered if you could shed any light on the time scale.

Hi.
I never had bad luck like you. The deal is that if you got your ticket stolen, you buy a new one for the rest of your travel (for the days left on your ticket).
Then you need a police report which says that your ticket got stolen. And after you returned home, you send all this to the office of them.
Then it might take a week or so - as they have to check all the stuff to avoid abuse. I am on travel right now and back on Saturday. At home I have documents and also the phone number...
I think they also have a website... check it , the url is printed on your documents... maybe there is a phone number...?!?
