Interrail: one month EU route for first-timers

so, i'm form bosnia and herzegovina, and got this interrail and shengen visa on a competition for one month, begging on july 18th. we are going to be in berlin till 22nd, when our journey is due to start, and from there it's open treasure Hunt campaign, where 30 of us have to find out and implement the most creative and most EU-like (whatever does that mean) route during one month period.

so, i'm asking if you can give me some tips, on what is a must see, and what would be most realistic route in this period of time. i have always wanted to see Lisbon, so take it into account ;)

p.s. my draft sounds like this: Berlin>>Amsterdam>>Brussels>>Paris>>Madrid>>Lisbon>>Barcelona>>Monaco

is it possible? and can someone tell me what are estimated travel durations between those places? so i can calculate what to avoid, and how long to stay in each city?
