Interrail: night train reservations

We are 3 people traveling across Europe. Two of us have eurail passes and one has an Interrail pass.

We are trying to reserve beds/seats on the night train from Milano to Paris but it does not look like you can do it online or by the phone.

Does anybody have an advice other than going to the train station since that is our first ride and I am afraid that when we get there there will be no seats/beds left available.
