I'm from Belgrade and I have never traveled with Interrail,and I want to visit this cities.
What kind of ticket should I bought? how much it costs?

if you only travel the journey Belgrad - Sarajevo - Ljubljana, buy normal single train tickets. not InterRail!
InterRail is a rail pass to travel several countries. and it is not valid in your country of residence, which will be a part of your route:
