hi everyone!
this may sound really stupid, but how exactly are foot passengers meant to get on ferries e.g like in big ports like barcelona. ancona etc?? like, do they have a special place for footpassengers or something? i dunno? how easy is it to get onto the ferry from the city etc?
i wouldnt want to wonder into the cargo section or something!!

you go to the office of the ferry company you want to use...
there you buy your ticket.
then you go on to a big room with a lot of seats ...
you wait...
a door opens...
and everybody is walking by foot on the ferry...! :)
so no panic ... you won't walk into the cargo section !! :)
