Hi, how get from Zagreb to Ljubljana now in the wintertime. What are the timetables? Do we need reserve the tickets before? The travellingtime is tuesday 24.11.2018 evening.

No, you do not have to reserve tickets. Simply buy the tickets locally at the train station in Zagreb.
There are several direct trains:
Zagreb 0700 - 0916 Ljubljana
Zagreb 1236 - 1514 Ljubljana
Zagreb 1838 - 2057 Ljubljana
Zagreb 2120 - 2338 Ljubljana
