you can reach [b]Hvar[/b] (and don't forget [b]Stari Grad[/b], as a lot of ferries go there) by ferry from [b]Split[/b] (Croatia), [b]Ancona[/b] (Italy), [b]Pescara[/b] (Italy).

on some days you can also go [b]Dubrovnik to Stari Grad[/b]. but not daily
you can not make a reservation. a one-way fare will be less than 10 EUR.

There should be a ferry running operated by SNAV - I can only advice you to have a look at their website. :)
