I have just noticed that two of the trains I want to take in Italy are run by Eurostar Italia. I understand that this is not included in the Interrail Global Pass and I was just wondering how much the journeys would cost me, approximately? I will be travelling from Naples to Rome, and then from Rome to Milan.

Hi there,

I did Naples-Rome on Eurostar last summer and, if I remember correctly, it cost about 15 pounds for a two hour journey. I think as Rome-Milan is a longer trip it might cost 20 pounds or perhaps more. The train is very comfortable but, as the lines get very hot in the summer, there might be delays. My train was two hours late. Have a great trip.

Thanks Iain! Those prices don't sting nearly as much as I'd anticipated. :)
