Hi,
My Argentinian friend is stuck in BUCAREST because of the virus issue. I see there are trains tickets online. Is he able to enter Turkey by train without a problem? Where can we get this information? Please help!

Hello.
The international train traffic from and to Bulgaria was stopped on 17 March.
Therefore no trains from Bucharest to Istanbul.
No date is know when the train connection runs again.
