Confusion with Interrail global pass bought at travel agency

oxidas @ 27-07-2007 08:59

Hello,

I bought my pass from a travel agency. It is a consecutive pass for 22 days. However, I got only the slip of paper( the ticket itself) and no booklet or whatever to write my journey details on. So the question is should I go back and ask them for it, or will it be available in the stations or is it no longer necessary?

Thanks

Hi.

This is the problem when buying the ticket at a place with no experience. 😢
You pay the money and do not get the full ticket and no further information.

You need:
- the white sheets attached to the ticket
- the plastic cover for the ticket
Otherwise your ticket is not valid!

You get for free:
- a map of Europe (trains) and an information brochure

Go back to the agency and ask for these things. If not, give your ticket back!

Complete tickets to good prices (and at the same time supporting the railcc project with all its information) are available in the railcc shop:

Thank you.
Peter
