Hello
In May we are travelling from wales to Portimao...I was wondering as we have a 2 hour stop at 4 am if there would be anywhere on the station or nearby to eat at that time??? Will have a grumpy hubby and whingy kids by this point.

Hi!
What is your route - why do you have to stop at Coimbra in the middle of the night?
I dont think that there will be a bar or cafe open at that time at Coimbra B. Maybe head to the town centre where you might find some street food for hungry students...or a bakery opening in the early hours of the morning.

Hey there!
I am from Coimbra so I believe I can help you. There is a Mc Donalds quite close to the station, about 5 minutes by walk. Its drive through works 24h a day. While you can\'t really buy any food there if you go on your foot, paying for a taxi from the station to go there, grab the food and come back, shouldn\'t be more than 5€ for the taxi.
