Berlin - Split

Hi,

I am looking to complete the following route:

Berlin > Munich
Munich > Vienna
Vienna > Ljubljana > Bled
Ljubljana > Zagreb
Zagreb > Split

Would my best and cheapest option be to get the 5 days with 10 days global pass as I do not intend on staying more than 2 days at any of the places. Or can I purchase tickets for each route, or is this more expensive and not worth the hassle?
