If i want to take a train from Berlin Hbf Station to Berlin Alexanderplatz train station, is my Interrail ticket valid for that ride ?
Or will I have to pay a normal ticket ?

You can use the RE (RegionalExpress) and RB (RegionalBahn) trains by InterRail for free.
They are running every 20 minutes.

To use as well buses and subways in Berlin (BVG), have a look at the fares of the BVG which are really cheap:

And don't forget to go to Friedrichshain ... a nice part of Berlin with a lot of bars, cheap food and young people ...
and not only this street, also the streets around ! 🙂
