If i want to take a train from Berlin Hbf Station to Berlin Alexanderplatz train station, is my Interrail ticket valid for that ride ?
Or will I have to pay a normal ticket ?

You can use the [b]RE (RegionalExpress)[/b] and [b]RB (RegionalBahn)[/b] trains by InterRail for free.
They are running every 20 minutes.
To use as well buses and subways in Berlin (BVG), have a look at the fares of the BVG which are really cheap:

And don't forget to go to Friedrichshain ... a nice part of Berlin with a lot of bars, cheap food and young people ...
and not only this street, also the streets around ! :)
