Hi.
You have to use the [b]schedule planer of the Croatian national railway[/b] company: www.hznet.hr/timetable

First search on the normal schedule planer for Belgrad to Zagreb:
Then by the Croatian one from Zagreb to Ploce.

Example:

There is actually one direct day train from Zagreb to Ploce.

Other option could be from Belgrade via Zagreb to Split:

And then by bus to Ploce.

I can't give you the exact price but it should be to expensive: ~EUR 10.

If you have time, you could also include Sarajevo:

Beograd 0815 - 1735 Sarajevo
overnight stay
Sarajevo 0705 - 1108 Ploce
Sarajevo 1818 - 2225 Ploce

Certainly a very interesting experience; and the railway line especially between Sarajevo and Ploce is quite nice. :)
