One coming from Trondheim, Bergen and Oslo (Norway) via Göteborg (Sweden) and Malmö (Sweden) to Copenhagen (Denmark). The second one coming from Narvik (Norway) by night train to Stockholm (Sweden) and continuous via Malmö (Sweden) to Copenhagen (Denmark).
The route via Stockholm usually requires an extra reservation for Eurail. The night trains as well.

1a Eurail: Travelling from Arendal (Norway) to Gothenburg (Sweden)

To travel from Norway to Sweden by Eurail, there are three main routes available. In the south from Oslo (Norway) in direction of Göteborg (Sweden). In the middle from Trondheim (Norway) to Östersund (Sweden). And in the north from Narvik (Norway) via Abisko (Sweden) in direction of Lulea (Sweden) or Stockholm (Sweden).

Both countries offer very good night train connections to travel long-distance. The railway network in the North of Norway is not connected between Narvik and Fauske/Bodö. You have to take the bus for this part. The bus is not included in Eurail.

1b Eurail: Travelling from Gothenburg (Sweden) to Sorø (Denmark)

To travel from Sweden to Denmark by Eurail, first travel from your departure place in Sweden to Malmö, the last stop in Sweden. From there continue via the Öresund Bridge (train runs every 20 minutes, free) to Copenhagen (Denmark). Often there are direct trains from Gothenburg and Stockholm (most of them require an extra reservation) to Copenhagen.

In Denmark you travel comfortable and free with your Eurail. Frequent connections starting from Copenhagen to nearly every place in Denmark.
