Please is really important to have an answer because i have a trip tomorrow to London and i have to know if the tickets can be print only with the information of the credit card or you must Need your credit card phisically

Hi fernandozubieta,

you need your physical credit card, at least I did, last time I collected tickets in the UK. If you don\'t have your credit card anymore, please contact the company where you bought your ticket immediately to avoid problems.
