Hi having been travelling at random around Europe for the last month, I have come to the conclusion that for the last two months of the trip it might be more useful to have a plan. This is what I have come up with , and would use a combination of rail, boat and possibly bus for some legs of it. Any opinions about whether it is practical, or making any glaring omissions would be much appreciated. We have already travelled through Netherlands, Germany, Austria and Slovenia to get to the point we are now at - Heviz, and enjoy a really varied trip with town, country and beach.
So, from Heviz - Budapest - Sighisoara - Brasov - Sibiu - Timisoara - Belgrade - Sarajevo - Mostar - Dubrovnik - Hvar - Split - Ancona - Bologna, and then possibly another place or two in Norhern Italy before travelling up through France to eventually take a ferry home to England.
Are there any places you could recommend stopping off at on some of the longer legs of the trip which wouldnt too much affect our path ?
Sorry for the long question, hopefully this post will negate the need for any further ones !
