Wij willen met de trein reizen van Belgrado naar Budapest. Wij willen wel onze fiets (en bagage) meenemen op de trein. We vinden hier heel weinig info over. Blijkbaar wordt de nachttrein ook afgeraden omwille van veiligheidsproblemen. Hebben jullie hier ervaring mee of weten jullie waar we hierover info vinden?

Hi and welcome to railcc!
Officially there is no possibility to take a bicycle on the international trains from Belgrade to Budapest. The only option I see is to disassemble your bikes, put them into a bag and take them onboard as pieces of luggage.
The night train is not particularly dangerous - you can travel in the couchette car and lock the doors; however it is not the most comfortable night train as the couchette car is rather old.
