Hi EURAIL,

Me and my 2 friends bought the Interrail 7 days deal yesterday.
After purchasing it, we received a single pass cover number covering all 3 of us.
However, the pass cover number turned out to be unvalid 1 hour after purchasing it.
1 day later, which is today, entering the pass cover number will result in a message saying the order number is already registrated.
This is very frustrating.
Could you help us solving this problem?
