I am planning on traveling on a night train from Vienna to Krakow. The price listed on railcc without a pass is $124, and with a pass is $26. What pass or passes is this?

Hi.
If you travel several routes within a certain time in Europe, it might make sense to buy a rail pass - in your case an Eurail pass (non-European citizen): https://rail.cc/en/eurail
If you only travel one, two or three routes, point to point tickets are usually the cheaper option.
If you have such a rail pass, you only need a reservation for the night train - the reservation depends on the category you want to travel (seat, sleeper, ...) - the rail pass is your ticket.
If you travel without rail pass, you need a ticket plus the reservation.
Follow the booking links here if you want to travel with a point to point ticket: https://rail.cc/en/night-train/vienna-krakow-en-50406/69
